At last I have time to update my blog after inactive for more than 3 months
Yeap, I've ended my semester 3 in college, umm... Successfully? NOT YET !!!
Just one more Ala Carte and Buffet exam and I'll go for a holiday !!!
Semester 3, a short semester and stressful to the max !!!
However I really learn a lot especially in my
Advanced Cuisine and Restaurant Operation class
Our lecturer for both kitchen and service taught us a lot of things
I feel that I have more confidence now serving guest and I'm looking forward to work in F&B area
Below are some dishes I make during my restaurant operation

Gratin Nachos Chips with Spicy Tomato Salsa
Velvet Chocolate Mousse
Unfortunately there will be no more kitchen class starting next semester.
Gonna miss practical class a lot T.T
