Taiwan Loves Super Junior
Yes they do, very much. To the point that they were pushing each other and climbing up the barricaded gates to welcome Super Junior in Taiwan for their Taipei concert. Super Junior members arrived in Taiwan with different time schedules, leading the organizers to hire over 50 guards and some working students. The scene was uncontrollable, making Taoyuan Airport the busiest location during Lunar New Year.
The airport was flooded with more than 1500 fans. Super Junior has really expanded and touched bases in different parts of Asia, and Taiwan is one of them. The support that the fans gave to Super Junior was overwhelming, that it left Super Junior members speechless. The guards were frustrated to hold more than 1,000 fans and the whole scenario turned into one crazy event. Some fans were just chanting to keep pushing, venting their anger towards most of the guards.
Some fans were irritated as to claim to never support any idol groups because of how chaotic the scene was. Was it really the celebrities fault or the intensity of the fans love for their favorite idol group? Granted that we all want to see our favorite celebrities, but giving them some personal space wouldn’t hurt, right? Even with various blockages, Taiwan and Korean guards, working students and the staff, it was still impossible for them to put a strong hold against the fans. This all the more shows that Super Junior charms have reached Asian-wide. Super Junior must have felt the love and the support they received that day, however, I’m pretty sure they were more concern about the safety of their dear ELFs.
Super Junior members were seen headed off to Sherwood Hotel in where they will rehearse for their concert. Amidst the controversies they have been getting into, Super Junior expansion seems unstoppable still.
