So, I have 6 subjects for my first semester in Berjaya UCH
- Understanding Food and Beverage Operation (UFBO)
- Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism Industry
- Kitchen and Hygiene Management
- Beverage Studies
- English For Academic Purposes (EAP)
- Personal Development Skills I (PDS)
Generally at first I enjoy my college days which is during weekdays. But as time passes, I started to classify my each day into some groups. I not mean that college sucks, however some days I really can't take it anymore as it is SO DAMN IDIOT BORING !!!
Monday : The fun and exciting day
UFBO Theory - Both Mr.Mixon and Mr.Kamal is OK.. Sometimes might felt asleep
UFBO Theory (Kitchen) - One of the most class I enjoy and love ^^
UFBO Theory (Service) - No comment... =.=

Kitchen and Hygiene : Sorry Mr.Andy Woon, but I really can't survive already in your class...
Intro to Hospitality : Chef Shirin, you are scary sometimes.. STOP REMINDING US THE ASSIGNMENTS DATE LINE !!!

Wednesday : The most stupid and boring day ever !!!
Intro to Hospitality : Forced our eyes to OPEN WIDE during this class..
PDS : Sometimes is good, sometimes is bad.. But thanks to this class, I've changed a lot.. =)
EAP : We are forced to go this class..

Thursday : The quite fun day
UFBO Point of Sales (POS) : One of my favorite class because we use a computer software to do our work <3 style="text-align: center;">Friday : The fun at first, tired at the end day
Kitchen and Hygiene : Ok, the fun part not included in this class =.=
Beverage Studies Practical : This is the fun part !! Love the way Mr.Joykin show us make cocktail and mocktail and even appreciate wine
Beverage Studies Theory : Luckily Mr.Joykin understand all of us are tired and in the mood for weekend already XD

Now the lecturer part.. No offense, but I just telling the truth (most of it)
Mr.Mixon : Sometimes good, sometimes scary. But overall can understand what he trying to say (UFBO Theory)
Chef Kamal : Funny, can explain clearly in his own way. Sometimes get blur =.= (UFBO Theory) Chef Zul : Patience, teach very well if the language is Malay. Love him the most !! (UFBO Practical Kitchen)
Chef Shirin : Can be scary sometime. But if you do her work, she will be the best lecturer ^^ (Intro to Hosp)
Mr.Joykin : Too honest sometimes until insult people but he didn't realize it. (Beverages)
Ms.Elizabeth Soo : Able to influence us with her words and teaches us a lot of morals (PDS)
Ms.Ella : Not her teaching method not good, just that we don't like the subject (EAP)
Mr.Christopher : Teaching method very very effective and love his coffee !!! =p (UFBO POS)
Mr.Andy Woon : His notes is OK, but we really can't focus on what he saying.. We want to listen to him, but he just make is go sleepy.
